myPOS Payment Request is an innovative online payment feature that allows merchants to accept payments from customers worldwide. A payment request does not require the merchant to have a website or an online store - a myPOS account is all that is needed.
A payment request can be sent via text message or email and in several different languages and currencies. It has an expiry period between 1 and 120 days (30 days by default) and can be sent from the myPOS account or the myPOS app:
- myPOS account - go to Online, the Payment Request section uploads by default, fill in the information and send the payment request
- myPOS app - open the app, “Sent Payment Request” is one of the three quick access buttons on the home screen
